A spokeswoman says more than 100 of those caught up in Monday's raid on Howard Industries were released based on humanitarian concerns, mostly because they have children.
"Having children" is not a humanitarian concern. How many criminals have children? Certainly we don't release them based on that inane criteria. Either we deport the family too (if they're also illegals) or we don't. Never before have we based punishment on whether or not someone was a "family man". It's not time to start.
